Who gets to determine what is great and important art and what isn’t?

Sooo.. if I collected all 56 Inuyasha volumes, 12 volumes from another anime, 20 more from another, 15 large novels, 20 movies including most of them complete-series movies, by 5 years from now, how big should my box be?
